Texnology® T/C RH57 Reduction Free Cleaning Agent eliminates the need for reduction cleaning on polyester‑cotton. You just wash together after dyeing the cotton. This saves water, time, and energy – it is eco‑friendly. It disperses unfixed dyes and hydrolyzed dyes well, giving excellent anti‑staining and scouring power. It delivers outstanding washing fastness and rubbing fastness. Compared to traditional soaping agents, it reduces the number of washing steps, saves energy, cuts emissions, and prevents fabric surface problems caused by long running times in the dyeing machine. Electrolytes do not affect it. It has good salt tolerance, and its soaping effect is remarkable.
Application Process
Adjust the dosage based on the amount of floating dyes after dyeing and the soaping conditions. You can also vary it according to fiber type, processing method, and customer quality requirements. Dyeing mills should run their own trials to find the most economical dosage.
Reference dosage:
Light shades: 0.5–1 g/L
Medium shades: 1–1.5 g/L
Dark shades: 1.5–2 g/L
