Texnology® CH01 Hydrogen Peroxide Stabilizer uses excellent adsorption and chelation to trap heavy metal ions, gives outstanding hydrogen peroxide stability, and is an ideal raw material for making peroxide stabilizers. It is a new type of non-silicate stabilizer that withstands high temperature, strong alkali, and oxidation, is non-toxic, and works on cotton, linen, viscose, and their blends in oxygen bleaching. It stabilizes peroxide better than sodium silicate, leaves no silica scale, and gives fabrics high whiteness with a soft hand feel. It chelates metal ions like iron and copper well, which prevents fiber damage and holes during bleaching. It disperses soils effectively, improving washing efficiency. It works in one-bath desize-scour-bleach processes, cold pad-batch, and conventional oxygen bleaching. When used with a chelating dispersant, it clearly improves the dispersant’s effect and also prevents scale, helping keep equipment clean. Finally, it resists high temperatures, stays stable over a wide pH range, is non-foaming, and easy to biodegrade.
Texnology® YTJ Fabric Stiffening Agent contains no APEO and no free formaldehyde, and gives off no irritating smell during processing. It works on many fabrics to give a stiff hand feel, provides excellent stiffness with a thick full touch, resists washing, and does not become soft again. It also has low viscosity, dissolves easily for trouble‑free bath preparation, adds a comfortable stiff hand feel with good physical properties, and has very little effect on fabric color shade.
Texnology® FCY055 Protective Agent contains no APEO (alkylphenol ethoxylates). It resists friction and easily passes anti‑wicking tests. It does not change the original hand feel or style of threads and tapes. This product causes no color change, so it does not affect the original color of the material. Unlike conventional water‑based repellents, you can reuse the bath and still get excellent water repellency. It shows no selective adsorption on threads and tapes – the treatment works consistently regardless of material type or padding sequence. You just let it air dry or dry at room temperature; no need to buy drying ovens (low‑carbon production).
