Replaces soda ash in the fixation step of reactive dyeing.
Process curve:
Add auxiliaries (1/10, 3/10, 6/10) at 5‑minute intervals → run at 60°C for 30 minutes → add Glauber’s salt in portions (1/10, 2/10, 3/10, 4/10) at 10‑minute intervals → hold for 30–90 minutes.
Heating rate: 1°C/min from room temperature to 60°C.

Notes:
Dilute Texnology® R26 to 10% before adding it to the bath.
The process curve and dosage table are for reference only. Adjust them based on actual conditions.
Due to the low dosage, weigh the product accurately.
We recommend increasing the Glauber’s salt dosage by 10% when using this product. Also, extend the holding time by 10 minutes for best results, as this product has buffering properties.
For safety: if the product comes into contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
This product is a buffer alkali blend. It gives a higher safety margin than soda ash in reactive dyeing. It helps prevent unlevel dyeing. Its dosage is only one‑tenth of the soda ash used in conventional processes.
The low dosage reduces labor intensity in the dyehouse. It improves work efficiency.
It has excellent washability. This speeds up post‑treatment and lowers wastewater treatment costs.
Texnology® R26 prevents shade bars and stripes on knitted fabrics during fixation. It also helps reduce inner/outer shade differences in package‑dyed yarns.
This organic buffer alkali gives a gradual pH rise as you add it. It prevents dye from exhausting too quickly at the start. This greatly improves levelness.
As an organic compound, it reduces dye hydrolysis. This improves dye utilization. Combined with its easy washability, it gives dyed goods good fastness to wet treatment. The fabric surface shows almost no floating color. It is a superior alternative to soda ash.
