texnology®3003 Defoaming Agent Suitable for textile printing and dyeing, printing paste making, water‑based auxiliary processing, biological fermentation, food, pesticides, paper industry, detergents, adhesive manufacturing, wastewater treatment, and other production fields.
For systems with a high foaming temperature (above 60°C), we recommend adding ZJ‑3003 or its diluted solution before the temperature reaches 60°C. This helps it disperse evenly and gives the best defoaming and foam‑preventing performance.
Choose a cost‑effective dosage based on your foaming system. General guidelines are shown below:

Note: Before adding this product to the foaming system, dilute it well with water (1:3 dilution is recommended). This avoids mixing difficulties.
This product is a defoamer for water‑based systems. It disperses very well in water.
You only need a low dosage. It removes foam quickly and works for a long time. It also prevents foam from forming.

This product does not burn or explode. It does not irritate the skin. It is harmless to the human body.
If you need to dilute it, do not store the diluted solution for more than 24 hours.
