Texnology® RH18 Eco‑Friendly Soaping Powder gives good chelating, dispersing, floating dye removal, and anti‑staining abilities. It removes hydrolyzed dyes from the fabric surface thoroughly. This improves various fastness properties and has little effect on color shade. Use it for soaping on printed fabrics. It effectively prevents staining on white grounds and stops printing paste from coagulating in the wash bath. It stays stable with electrolytes and resists acid, alkali, and oxidants. A small dosage gives good soaping results. If you increase the amount, the effect improves proportionally. After soaping, the residual bath looks significantly lighter than with conventional soaping agents. This lowers COD and saves water.
Application Process
Adjust the dosage based on fiber type, processing method, and customer quality requirements. Dyeing mills should run their own trials to find the most economical dosage.
Reference dosage:
Light shades: 0.05–0.1 g/L
Medium shades: 0.1–0.2 g/L
Dark shades: 0.3–0.5 g/L
Liquor ratio: 7–10
Temperature: 80–98°C
Time: 15–20 minutes
