Texnology® MS330 Fluorine-Free Water Repellent gives fabrics, leather, and paper outstanding water repellency. It is a stable water emulsion. You can dilute it with cold water before use. It has low viscosity. It allows water vapor to pass through. It offers excellent mechanical and thermal stability. You can apply it in many ways – for example, dipping, spraying, or roll coating. And you can use it directly at room temperature.
Recommended dosage: 30–50 g/L of Texnology® MS330
Bath pH: about 4.0–5.0
Pick-up rate: about 40–80% – depends on fiber type and fabric structure
Drying: 130°C for 60 seconds
Curing: 170°C for 30–60 seconds
