Recommended dosage:
30–80 g/L of Texnology® M220 PRO
pH of the finishing bath: about 4.0–5.0
Pick-up rate: about 40–80% – depends on fiber type and fabric structure
Bath temperature: about 20–25°C
Curing conditions:
160–180°C for 0.5–2 minutes (for synthetic fibers)
150–160°C for 2–3 minutes (for cotton and its blends)
