Environmental compliance is the baseline. TEXNOLOGY®M620‑EA contains no fluorine and no APEO emulsifiers. It meets international environmental standards and green textile certifications. Water repellency is the basic requirement. This product uses a blend of polyurethane and acrylic polymer. You can achieve excellent waterproofing with simple padding, exhaustion, or spraying.
Wash durability is the key. When combined with a crosslinker, it keeps an 80‑point water repellency rating (AATCC 22 spray test) after 20 wash‑dry cycles. Hand feel matters too. TEXNOLOGY®M620‑EA does not affect the original hand feel or breathability of various fabrics. It delivers waterproofing without losing comfort.
Processing stability drives efficiency. This agent is stable and does not stick to rollers easily. When used with a softener, it gives a special soft hand feel on waterproof textiles. Cost‑performance is always a priority for mills. You only need about 2% add‑on to give polyester fabrics excellent water repellency. The overall cost is lower.
