Bath pH: approx. 4.0–5.0
Pick‑up: approx. 40–80%, depending on fiber type and fabric construction
Setting conditions: 160–180°C for 1–3 minutes
2. Wash‑Durable Waterproofing
Recommended dosage:
Texnology® M620‑EA: 40–80 g/L
Crosslinker: 10–20 g/L
Bath pH: approx. 4.0–5.0
Pick‑up: approx. 40–80%, depending on fiber type and fabric construction
Setting conditions: 160–180°C for 1–3 minutes
This product works well on various synthetic fibers and fabrics. It gives excellent water repellency. When used with a crosslinker, wash durability improves further.
It has good processing stability. It does not stick to rollers easily.
It does not affect the hand feel of treated fabrics. Compared to conventional non‑fluorinated water repellents, it has less impact on textile feel.
It is an eco‑friendly fabric waterproofing agent that contains no fluorine. It also contains no APEO emulsifiers.
