Flame retardant finishing
The concentration of the flame retardant should be adjusted according to fabric weight and the specific finishing bath conditions.
Formula: Polyester flame retardant – 100–200 g/L
Process flow:
Padding (pick-up 60%–70%) → Drying (100–120°C / 1–2 min) → Curing (150–180°C / 1–2 min)
