Texnology® YTJ Fabric Stiffening Agent contains no APEO and no free formaldehyde, and gives off no irritating smell during processing. It works on many fabrics to give a stiff hand feel, provides excellent stiffness with a thick full touch, resists washing, and does not become soft again. It also has low viscosity, dissolves easily for trouble‑free bath preparation, adds a comfortable stiff hand feel with good physical properties, and has very little effect on fabric color shade.
Texnology® YTJ Fabric Stiffening Agent: 20–80 g/L
Pad the fabric in the working solution (pick-up rate 80–110%). Then set it at 140–170°C.
Texnology® YTJ dosage: 10–30 g/L
Texnology® G817 smooth silicone oil: 80–150 g/L
