Texnology® FFP is an environmentally friendly, fluorine-free oil repellent developed for paper. It is mainly used for internal addition, surface sizing, coating, etc. of food packaging paper and paperboard, oil-resistant specialty paper, and molded pulp products.
1. Recommended dosage for internal addition: [For molded pulp tableware] Accelerator: 3% (on dry pulp weight) Texnology® FFP: 3–4% (on dry pulp weight) [For food contact packaging paper] Texnology® FFP: 2–4% 2. Recommended dosage for surface sizing or coating: Texnology® FFP: 1–4%
1. Environmentally friendly, fluorine-free; 2. Treated molded pulp tableware can withstand hot water at 100°C, low-temperature oil at 0–5°C, and high-temperature oil at 110°C; 3. Complies with relevant safety requirements for food contact materials.
