Padding Method

Dosage (adjust based on fabric type and requirements):

Polyester/Nylon Fabrics: 10-20g/L

Polyester/Cotton Blends: 40-60g/L

Pure Cotton Fabrics: 40-80g/L

Processing Methods

Padding Method: One dip-one nip

Pre-drying: 110-130°C

Curing (Setting): Recommend 170°C (fabric surface temperature) for 60 seconds on a stenter frame.

Process Control

Adjust processing solution pH to 4.5-5.5 (use acetic acid for adjustment).

Applicable via padding or exhaustion methods, depending on equipment and requirements.
