Padding Method

Recommended Dosage (Pad-Dry-Cure Method): Texnology®FCB028: 30-80g/L

Bath pH: 4-5 (adjusted with acetic acid)

Pick-up Rate: 70% (depending on fiber type)

Bath Temperature: Approximately 20℃

Drying Temperature: 110-130℃

Curing Conditions:

- Batch curing: 150℃for 3-5 minutes (depending on fiber type)
- Continuous curing: 170℃for 1 minute (depending on fiber type)

Treated fabrics maintain their hand feel and breathability.
Environmentally friendly and safe: Free from PFOS/PFOA (content is below detectable limits).
