During polyester spinning and weaving, mills add large amounts of spinning oil and weaving oil. These oils reduce friction and protect fibers. But they also become hidden killers if not removed before dyeing. That is where TEXNOLOGY®C302 degreaser comes in.
Many factories try to solve this. They increase normal scouring agent dosage. They raise treatment temperature. But the results stay poor. Why? Normal scouring agents have limited emulsifying power for non-polar oils like mechanical oil and spinning oil.

So how does TEXNOLOGY®C302 degrease work?

Moreover, this degreaser works not only for greige fabric pretreatment. You can also use it for re-treatment of faulty fabric. If oil problems cause poor dyeing, just use TEXNOLOGY®C302 to re-degrease, then re-dye. This greatly reduces scrap loss.
