Standard recipe concentration depends on the fiber material, fiber type, and end use. A typical concentration is:
Texnology® LG62 40–100 g/L. Adjust the working solution pH to 4.5–5.5 with acetic acid.
Padding method: one dip and one nip. Nip pressure: 3 kg/m².
Drying: 100–120°C for 1–3 minutes.
Curing: 150–170°C for 1–3 minutes.
