The dosage of Texnology®Z01 depends on the type and construction of the substrate and the processing machinery. Preliminary tests are recommended to determine the optimal dosage.

1. Exhaust Process (in dye bath):

ZJ-Z01: 2 – 3 g/L

Bath Ratio: 1:10

Process Conditions: 50°C × 20 min

Overflow rinse, unload fabric (or unload at full water level) → Dewater → Pre-dry at 100 – 110°C (avoid over-drying the fabric) → Raising

2. Finishing Process (after dyeing):

ZJ-Z01: 30 g/L

(Pad with one dip-one nip, ~70% wet pick-up) → Frame drying/Setting
