Application Methods

Recommended Dosage

The concentration varies depending on the type of fabric, structure, cleanliness, pH, fiber shedding rate, and the desired level of protection and wash resistance. General dosages are as follows:

Wool Fabrics: 60-120g/L

Polyester/Cotton Blends: 20-50g/L

100% Cotton Fabrics: 30-80g/L

Application Method

Pad-Dry-Cure Method: One dip and one roll.

Pre-Drying: 110-130℃.

Curing (Setting): Recommended curing at 150-180℃ (fabric surface temperature) for 120 seconds on a stenter frame.
