Padding Method
Method: one dip one roll
PH of the prepared bath： approx. 4.0 – 6.0(Adjust with acetic acid is recommended)
Pick-up Rate： 40%-80%( Depending on fiber type and fabric structure)
Bath temperature: Recommend 20 – 25℃
Drying temperature： 100 – 130 ℃
Curing temperature： 60 – 180 sec at 150 – 190 °C (stenter processing)
