Texnology®RH25A is a high-efficiency liquid reduction clearing agent designed to remove unfixed disperse dyes from polyester, acrylic, and acetate fibers, and their blends under acidic conditions.
Exhaust Reduction Clearing
Polyester:
Cool dyebath to 80°C, adjust pH to 4.0–4.5 with acetic acid if needed.
Add 1–3 ml/L ZJ-RH25A (dosage depends on color depth).
Process at 70–80°C for 15–20 mins.
Rinse with hot water → cold water.
Acrylic:
Cool to 70°C, follow polyester method (max 70°C).
Acetate:
Cool to 50–70°C, adjust pH to 4.0–4.5.
Add 1–2 ml/L ZJ-RH25A.
Process at 50–60°C for 15 mins.
Rinse with warm water → cold water.
Clear Water Bath Reduction
Heat to 50–80°C (fiber-dependent).
Adjust pH to 4.0–4.5.
Add 1–3 ml/L ZJ-RH25A.
Process at 50–80°C for 10–20 mins.
Rinse with warm water → cold water.
Continuous Reduction Clearing
Recommended dosage: 4–10 ml/L (fiber/equipment-dependent).
Post-Printing Reduction for Polyester
Cold wash (5–8 mins) →
1–2 g/L ZJ-RH25A + 0.5 g/L glacial acetic acid (pH≈5), 50°C × 8–10 mins →
2–3 g/L ZJ-RH25A + 0.5 g/L glacial acetic acid (pH≈5), 70–80°C × 20 mins →
Final rinse.
