This product serves as a fixing agent for nylon, wool, leather, etc. Unlike traditional tannic acid and tartar emetic fixing methods, it enables one-bath fixing treatment, significantly shortening the fixing process and time. Suitable for both exhaust and continuous methods, it never alters color shades and effectively prevents white ground contamination.
High-concentration product – dilute before use
Exhaust Method
Dosage:
Light shades: 0.5–1% (o.w.f)
Medium shades: 1–2% (o.w.f)
Dark shades: 2–3% (o.w.f)
Process:
Bath ratio 1:10–15
80°C × 20 mins → Rinse → Dry
Avoid cationic leveling agents to prevent precipitation
Padding Method
Dosage: 5–15 g/L
Process:
One-dip-one-nip → Dry (100–130°C × 1.5 mins)
