Texnology ®M620 Polyurethane-based water repellent suitable for waterproof finishes of fabrics, textiles, and non-woven materials.

Application Methods

General Waterproofing
Method: one dip, one roll
PH of the prepared bath：   approx. 4.0 – 5.0(Adjust with acetic acid is recommended)
Pick-up Rate：     40%-80%( Depending on fiber type and fabric structure)
Bath temperature:   Recommend 20 – 25℃
Drying temperature： 100 – 130 ℃
Curing temperature： 60 – 180 sec at 160 – 180 °C (stenter processing)

Wash-Durable Waterproofing
Recommended Dosage:
40–80 g/L Texnology®M620
10–20 g/L Crosslinking Agent
Bath pH: 4.0–5.0
Pick-up rate: 40–80% (depending on fiber type and fabric structure)
Curing conditions: 160–180°C for 1–3 minutes

Product Details

Excellent waterproof performance for various synthetic and natural fiber fabrics. Wash durability is enhanced when used with crosslinking agents.
Stable processing temperature performance, minimizing roller adhesion.
Minimal impact on fabric hand feel compared to conventional non-fluorinated water repellents. Reduces hand marks.
Superior waterproofing effect compared to traditional acrylic-based repellents, with more pronounced water droplet bounce.
