Texnology®M380 Fluorine-Free Water Repellent

Suitable for water repellent finishing of cellulose fibers, synthetic fibers, and their blended fabrics.

This product can be applied using the pad-dry-cure method:

Dissolution/Dilution

Texnology®M380 can be diluted with twice the amount of cold water and added to a bath containing acetic acid.

It is recommended to adjust the bath pH with 1-2ml/l of 60% acetic acid before adding the diluted dispersion (filter if necessary).

Pad-Dry-Cure Process

Recommended Dosage: 40-100g/l Texnology®M380

Bath pH: Approximately 4.0-5.0

Pick-up Rate: Approximately 40-80%, depending on fiber type and fabric structure

Bath Temperature: Approximately 20-25℃

Drying Temperature: 110-130℃

Curing: 150℃×5min (curing oven)

Or Rapid Curing: 110-170℃ for 45-60s (stenter frame)

Excellent water repellency, superior rain protection, and splash resistance for clothing;
Excellent running stability, minimal foam, and reduced roller sticking, ensuring smooth production;
Superior wash resistance (after washing and drying), providing excellent protection without the need for ironing;
Excellent resistance to water-based stains, making local cleaning of garments easier;
Can be used with synergists to enhance durability.
