Texnology® ZW Anti-Pilling Agent is suitable for anti-pilling finishing of cotton, wool, synthetic fibers and other fabrics.
Texnology® ZW is generally applied by padding, with the working solution being neutral or weakly acidic. The process depends on other products in the bath. Because softeners, silicone water repellents and additives have a lubricating effect, their dosage should be kept to a minimum. ### Dilution Texnology® ZW is miscible with cold water in any proportion, and can also be added directly to the working bath without prior dilution. ### Padding process Dosage: 10–30 g/L, depending on the fabric. Pick-up: 70 ± 5% Liquor temperature: approx. 20°C Drying temperature: 110–130°C ### Note Texnology® ZW should not be used in the same bath with medium to highly degraded starches, cellulose ethers, carboxymethyl cellulose, etc. When used together with starch ethers and low‑degradation starches, slight cloudiness may occur but does not reduce bath stability.
