Application Process
The recommended dosage is 1–2% on the weight of fabric (o.w.f.), or 2–4 g per square meter of fabric. You can apply it by padding or coating. If you do not need high wash durability, you may lower the tenter frame temperature or skip the curing step.
Preparation of working solution
Add 90 kg of hot water (85–95°C) into a mixing tank. Then add Texnology® Odor Gone N powder. Stir it well. Then add the crosslinker and the remaining water. Keep the solution temperature above 70°C.
Padding process:
Texnology® Odor Gone N: 1.5–4%
Texnology® crosslinker: 3–6%
Pad (pick‑up 70–80%) → dry at 110°C for 3 minutes → cure at 150°C for 2 minutes.
