Suitable for anti-static finishing of synthetic fibers, cellulose fibers, and their blended fabrics during water and oil repellent finishing. Also for anti-static finishing of nonwoven fabrics, and for anti-static finishing of men’s and women’s jackets, sportswear, and casual wear.
Used as an antistatic agent for triple-resistance finishing of nonwoven fabrics.
Dosage
For polyester, acrylic, and nylon: 10-40 g/L.
When ZJ-NW16 is used together with fluorochemicals in the same bath: no more than 10 g/L.
Note: Fiber type, fabric structure, and test methods all have a significant impact on static test results. The above dosage recommendations are for reference only. It is recommended to conduct a small-scale pretest to determine the appropriate dosage.
For other application methods, please make appropriate adjustments based on your actual equipment.
Process Parameters (Pad-Dry Method)
Pad pickup rate: 40-90%
Bath temperature: 20-30°C
Drying: 110-130°C
ZJ-NW16 does not require special high-temperature treatment. If used together with other products, the temperature may vary according to the requirements of those products.
Reduces static charge and half-life during production and use. Reduces static generation during fabric cutting, sewing, and other processing steps. Reduces static accumulation when garments are worn or displayed.
Has very little effect on oil repellency. Can be used for medical nonwoven fabric processing.
Has little effect on fabric hand feel. Maintains the fabric’s original characteristics.
