You can apply this antimicrobial finish to textiles by spraying, padding, or dipping.
The actual dosage varies. It depends on fabric type, composition, weight, and machine type. Use the following as a general guide.
1. Spraying method
Spray directly onto the fabric surface, then dry.
2. Padding method – suitable for all roll-fed fabrics.
Process: Dip → Pad → Dry
3. Dipping method – suitable for:
General fabrics (towels, bath towels, socks, masks, bed sheets, duvet covers, napkins, curtains)
Garments (cotton-polyester underwear, shirts, vests, innerwear, linings)
Hospital fabrics
Process: Dip → De-water → Dry
Wash resistance: more than 20 washes.
Dosage: 3.5–8% o.w.f. (on weight of fabric)
