Padding Method

Dosage (Varies by fabric type, structure, cleanliness, and desired performance):

Polyester: 5–10 g/L

Nylon: 5–10 g/L

Polyester/Cotton Blend: 8–15 g/L

100% Cotton: 15–30 g/L

Process Parameters

Padding Method: One dip, one nip

Pre-Drying: 110–130°C

Curing (Heat Setting): Recommend 170°C (fabric surface temperature) for 60 seconds on a stenter frame.

Notes for Application

Adjust pH to 4.5–5.5 using acetic acid for optimal performance.

Applicable via padding or exhaustion methods.
