Padding Method

Dosage (Adjust based on fabric type, structure, cleanliness, and performance requirements):

• • Polyester: 20–40 g/L
  • Nylon: 20–40 g/L
  • Polyester/Cotton Blend: 50–80 g/L
  • 100% Cotton: 50–100 g/L

Process Parameters

• • Padding Method: One dip, one nip
  • Pre-Drying: 110–130°C
  • Curing (Heat Setting): Recommend 170°C (fabric surface temperature) for 60 seconds on a stenter frame.

Notes for Application

• • Adjust pH to 4.5–5.5 using acetic acid for optimal performance.
  • Applicable via padding or exhaustion methods.
