Dye hydrolysis is a common issue in reactive dyeing. In strong alkaline conditions, many dyes hydrolyze before they can react with fibers. This wastes dyes and leaves heavy floating color. TEXNOLOGY®R26 is an organic buffer alkali. It reduces the chance of dye hydrolysis. It improves dye utilization and fixation rate. After dyeing, the fabric shows almost no floating color. The finished goods have full, rich shades and meet all fastness requirements.
