01 “Triple Guard” – No liquid penetrates
Triple guard means: water repellent, oil repellent, and stain resistant.
TEXNOLOGY®LG62 uses a special fluorochemical formula.
It builds a very low surface tension film on the fabric.
This film’s surface tension stays lower than oily liquids.
That gives you water, oil, and stain protection in one step.
Apply by padding or dipping.
Tested under AATCC 22-2014 (spray test) and AATCC 118-2013 (oil repellency).
Water repellency: After 10 washes, spray test still scores above 80.
Oil repellency: After 10 washes, rating stays at 4-6. That handles cooking oil, motor oil, etc.
Stain resistance: After multiple washes, performance stays above grade 3.
02 “Stain Release” – Dirt comes out easily
Stain release means: once a stain sticks, you can wash it off with little effort.
TEXNOLOGY®LG62 increases the fiber’s hydrophilicity.
That makes stains detach from the fabric during washing.
Tested under AATCC 130-2018 (stain release test).
After multiple washes, stain release performance stays at grade 3-4.
