TEXNOLOGY®R14 Dyeing Repair Agent targets the worst headaches in high temperature high pressure dyeing of polyester and its blends: color shading, color spots, streaks, shade differences, or off shade after the batch comes out. Once these defects appear, customers may reject the goods. You could even scrap the whole batch. Color shading kills profit. Shade differences ruin your reputation.

These defects have many causes. Different disperse dyes have different affinities for fibers. Pretreatment does not remove all oil. The temperature rise rate goes wrong. Operators make mistakes. Any one of these problems can downgrade an entire batch.

Traditional repair methods use a stripping and re‑dyeing process. This takes many hours – sometimes half a day. It also consumes large amounts of reducing agent, caustic soda, surfactants, water, electricity, and steam. Costs rise sharply. What is worse, the caustic soda and reducing agent in the stripping bath damage fabric strength and hand feel severely. They also shift the color shade. After repair, the fabric looks dull and dark. Fastness drops. The customer may still refuse the goods.

Now Lianzhuang technology offers a better way. TEXNOLOGY®R14 high‑temperature high‑pressure dyeing repair agent for polyester and blends contains high‑boiling dyeing solvents and special surfactant mixtures. It works through three core repair mechanisms.

First, TEXNOLOGY®R14 Dyeing Repair Agent penetrates strongly and gives excellent migration. TEXNOLOGY®R14 quickly enters the fiber interior. It desorbs dyes from the over‑dyed areas. Then it makes those dyes migrate to lighter or white spots. This re‑evens the dye distribution on the fabric. So it removes color shading, streaks, and shade differences at the root.

Second, it removes color without changing the original shade. Unlike traditional stripping agents, TEXNOLOGY®R14 barely affects the main shade of the fabric. After repair, the fabric looks bright and full. No dull or dark appearance. Tests prove that washing fastness, rubbing fastness, and sublimation fastness all remain. You do not risk a second downgrade.

Third, it gives low foam and high stability. This product suits many machines: overflow jets, air jets, and other high‑temperature high‑pressure dyeing equipment. It does not clog fabric or tangle the machine. Operation stays safe and easy. It dissolves quickly and stays stable. It also disperses disperse dyes well, so it prevents new dye spots during repair.

Using TEXNOLOGY®R14 Dyeing Repair Agent to repair color shading or spots takes only a short time. Add 1–3 g/L of the repair agent to the original dye bath or fresh water. Heat to about 130°C and hold for 20–40 minutes. Then the repair is done. Compared to stripping and re‑dyeing, this saves more than 50% of time and energy. It also greatly reduces the waste water treatment burden.

Moreover, TEXNOLOGY®R14 is not only for defect repair. You can also use it to lighten fabric that came out too dark. It lets you adjust color depth easily. This helps meet color adjustment needs.
