Texnology® RH305C Reactive Dye Anti‑Staining Soaping Agent effectively stops hydrolyzed dyes from staining when you wash cotton yarn‑dyed fabrics and striped flat‑knit collars. It keeps the white ground clean. It offers excellent anti‑staining effects. Designed specifically for soaping after reactive printing, it prevents dyes from re‑depositing. It works well for removing floating dyes after dyeing or printing, as well as for degreasing and washing in silk production. It stays stable with various acids, alkalis, and electrolytes. It chelates calcium, magnesium, and iron ions effectively. And it contains no APEO.
Application Process
1. Soaping after dyeing:
Use 0.2–0.3 g/L for general soaping after dyeing. This gives excellent soaping, anti‑staining, and chelating effects.
If floating dyes are hard to remove, run a second soaping. Adjust the process based on your own trials.
2. Reference process for washing after reactive printing:
Step 1: 0.2–0.3 g/L Texnology® RH305C, liquor ratio 1:20–30, wash at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Step 2: 0.2–0.3 g/L Texnology® RH305C, liquor ratio 1:20–30, wash at 95–100°C for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Rinse with clean water at room temperature.
3. Washing process for yarn‑dyed striped fabric and striped collars:
Use 0.2–0.3 g/L Texnology® RH305C, liquor ratio 1:10, wash at 60–80°C for 15 minutes.
Use Texnology® RH305C Reactive Dye Anti‑Staining Soaping Agent for soaping of fabrics dyed or printed with reactive, vat, or direct dyes. It also prevents white ground staining.
