Texnology® M630 Fluorine-Free Water Repellent suits various synthetic and cellulosic fabrics, gives excellent water repellency and outstanding wash durability, processes well with hardly any roller sticking, does not affect fabric hand feel (less impact than regular non‑fluorinated repellents, reducing hand marks), delivers superior water repellency as a polyurethane‑based product with a clearer water bounce effect than standard acrylic‑based ones, provides anti‑wicking effects on shoe material coatings, and is an eco‑friendly, fluorine‑free repellent containing no APEO emulsifiers.
Application Process
Recommended dosage: 30–50 g/L of Texnology® M630
Bath pH: about 5.0–6.0
Pick‑up rate: about 40–80% – depends on fiber type and fabric structure
Curing conditions: 160–180°C for 1–3 minutes
