1. What is a hydrogen peroxide stabilizer?

A hydrogen peroxide stabilizer is a chemical auxiliary. The textile industry uses it to control how fast hydrogen peroxide breaks down. You use it together with hydrogen peroxide in bleaching. Its main job? Stop the unwanted decomposition caused by heavy metal ions. Those ions speed up breakdown without any benefit. As a result, the stabilizer protects fibers from damage. It also ensures a good bleaching effect. This stabilizer works for oxygen bleaching on cellulosic fibers. It also works for one-bath desize-scour-bleach processes. Chemically, stabilizers split into two types: silicate-based and non-silicate. By mechanism, they are either adsorption type or chelating type.

2. Why do you need a hydrogen peroxide stabilizer?

During oxygen bleaching, a problem often occurs. Traces of iron, copper, or other metal ions appear in the bath. These ions cause hydrogen peroxide to decompose violently. Oxygen gas releases. Large amounts of free radicals form.

This uncontrolled reaction brings three major pains.

1、 poor whiteness. The active oxygen escapes before it can do its bleaching job. So you have to add more hydrogen peroxide. This raises your cost.

2、fiber brittleness and holes. Local explosions of decomposition create highly active oxygen. This active oxygen attacks the cellulose molecular chains. The fabric loses strength. In severe cases, holes appear. You end up downgrading entire batches.

3、 silica scale trouble. Traditional sodium silicate stabilizers can stop decomposition. But they leave a hard-to-clean silica scale on the fabric. The fabric surface feels rough. Scale builds up on machines. Heat transfer efficiency drops.

                         TEXNOLOGY®CH01 hydrogen peroxide stabilizer

Now, how does Lianzhuang solve this?

TEXNOLOGY®CH01 uses an organic carboxylic acid complex. It strongly chelates metal ions like Fe²⁺ and Cu²⁺. By doing so, it blocks the catalytic path at the source. Then hydrogen peroxide decomposes slowly, gently, and evenly.

3. Lianzhuang TEXNOLOGY®CH01 hydrogen peroxide stabilizer

Given all the pains above, Lianzhuang developed TEXNOLOGY®CH01 hydrogen peroxide stabilizer. This product combines organic carboxylic acids with special auxiliaries. It works efficiently.

What does it do?

It adsorbs and chelates metal ions. These include calcium, magnesium, iron, and copper. So it captures and locks those metal ions. This stops them from catalyzing violent decomposition in hot alkali conditions. As a result, the stabilizer greatly lowers unwanted decomposition of hydrogen peroxide.

Therefore, you prevent quality problems. For example, fiber strength loss or holes during bleaching. After oxygen bleaching, the fabric shows high whiteness. The hand feel stays soft.

Moreover, when you use TEXNOLOGY®CH01 hydrogen peroxide stabilizer together with a chelating dispersant, it clearly improves the dispersing effect. It also has good soil dispersion ability. This helps wash efficiency and keeps machines clean.

Another plus? TEXNOLOGY®CH01 hydrogen peroxide stabilizer is non‑foaming. It is also easy to biodegrade. These features make it very user‑friendly.

In short, TEXNOLOGY®CH01 hydrogen peroxide stabilizer works perfectly in oxygen bleaching pretreatment for cotton, linen, viscose. It also suits their blends with synthetics. It offers excellent stability for hydrogen peroxide. You can also use it in one-bath desize-scour-bleach processes and cold pad-batch bleaching.
