1. Initial Setup

• Fill the dyeing machine with water and heat to 60°C.

• Adjust pH value to 4.5 – 5.5 (typically using acetic acid or bio-acid).

2. Add Auxiliaries

• Add Texnology®R13‌ acrylic leveling agent according to the target shade depth (based on o.w.f):

  • Deep Shades: 0.4 ~ 1.2% (o.w.f)

  • Medium Shades: 1.2 ~ 1.5% (o.w.f)

  • Pale Shades: 1.5 ~ 3.0% (o.w.f)

• Circulate for 10-15 minutes to ensure even distribution.

3. Add Dyestuff

• Add the pre-dissolved cationic dyes into the bath.

• Circulate for 10-15 minutes for thorough mixing.

4. Heating & Dyeing

• Raise the temperature slowly at a controlled rate:

  • Ramping Rate: 1°C / minute

  • Target Temperature: 98 – 100°C

• Maintain at the target temperature for 30 – 60 minutes (adjustable based on shade depth).

5. Post-treatment

• Cool down slowly at a rate of 2°C / minute to below 70°C.

• Drain, followed by rinsing and softening processes.
