Suitable for dyeing processes using cationic dyes
1. Initial Setup
Fill the dyeing machine with water and heat to 60°C.
Adjust pH value to 4.5 – 5.5 (typically using acetic acid or bio-acid).
2. Add Auxiliaries
Add Texnology®R13 acrylic leveling agent according to the target shade depth (based on o.w.f):
Deep Shades: 0.4 ~ 1.2% (o.w.f)
Medium Shades: 1.2 ~ 1.5% (o.w.f)
Pale Shades: 1.5 ~ 3.0% (o.w.f)
Circulate for 10-15 minutes to ensure even distribution.
3. Add Dyestuff
Add the pre-dissolved cationic dyes into the bath.
Circulate for 10-15 minutes for thorough mixing.
4. Heating & Dyeing
Raise the temperature slowly at a controlled rate:
Ramping Rate: 1°C / minute
Target Temperature: 98 – 100°C
Maintain at the target temperature for 30 – 60 minutes (adjustable based on shade depth).
5. Post-treatment
Cool down slowly at a rate of 2°C / minute to below 70°C.
Drain, followed by rinsing and softening processes.
